I wear this product during the day to help with incontinence. I am a businessman who had prostate removal surgery a month ago, DaVinci robotic method. The guards keep my suit pants & dress pants dry. I had to switch from boxers to briefs to accommodate wearing guards, which fit inside briefs well.
