These are pretty good diapers for complete incontinence.  I wish the tape was bigger and easier to reposition.  I like these the best out of all I've tried for my son and will continue with them.

These actually absorb and separate the urine from my mother in law and her diaper.  The diapers are much less wet than the other ones I have used from other companies.

The All-Through-The-Night Adult Briefs really do last all through the night.  Now my mother doesn't wake up with a wet bed and wet nightclothes.  So glad we found this product..and Incontinence Products Plus.
