Mepitac Soft Silicone Fabric Backed Tape is designed for fixation of medical devices such as drains, probes, IV cannulae, tubes, electrodes and dressings. It is a highly comformable fabric-backed tape that is easy to apply and remove. It features the Safetac layer to assure fixation and genltle removal from the skin and body hair. If inspection or repositioning is necessary, it can be lifted and re-applied.

It is atraumatic to skin on removal and is ideal for fixation for patients with fragile skin or reactions to traditional tapes and adhesives. It conforms well to body contours, leaves no residue, may be repositioned and is waterproof and breathable.
