These special pads are also designed with leakage barriers with "built in" pockets that keeps feces inside, even when released under pressure.

This garment is for a very large person.  It's a very heavy duty diaper. Much too thick it creates a bump on your backside. Too expensive to return because of the weight.  Big mistake.
