Holds a lot of liquid. It is quite bulky and doesn't fit the best inside of the underwear. I still would recommend it because it saves having to use as many pullups. It also gives added peace of mind for when you know you won't be always near a bathroom.

Super comfortable, and very absorbent!!

I actually use this product for my spinabifida pup who is incontinent. He is turning 3 and he has been this way since birth. Being a male this works great for extra absorbency around his boy parts To prevent leakage with the pullups.

These are OK and I will continue to buy them for lack of anything better. My biggest complaint is that they don't stay in place very well.

I've tried all kinds of briefs but, they all leaked once I tried the boost up booster pads,it was a whole new ballgame for me .no more leaks& I feel confident to go anywhere.thank you so much!!!!
