Aloe Vesta Protective Ointment 3 Protect by Convatec - one of the best known and most trusted names in incontinent skin care. It is an excellent moisture barrier and ointment for use in incontinence care. The petrolatum based ointment is thick but easy to apply. The ointment provides an effective barrier that seals out moisture. Formulated with emollients to moisturize. It is non-sensatizing, hypoallergenic, and fragrance free.
Uses:
- Temporarily protects minor cuts, scrapes, and burns
- Temporarily protects and helps relieve chapped or cracked skin and lips
- Helps treat and prevent diaper rash
- Protects minor skin irritations associated with diaper rash and helps seal out wetness
Active Ingredient: 43% Petrolatum - skin protectant
Inactive Ingredients: Water, Mineral Oil, Hydroxylated Lanolin, Sorbitan, Sesquioleate, Ozokerite, PEG-20, Magnesium Sulfate, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodoprohynyl Butycarbamate, and Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice.
Directions for Use
For Skin Protection
For Diaper Rash
- Change wet and soiled diaper promptly
- Cleanse the diaper area
- Allow skin to dry
- Apply liberally as often as necessary with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or any time when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.
Warnings:
- For external use only
- Do not use on deep puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns
- When using this product do not get into eyes
- Stop and see doctor if condition lasts more than 7 days
- Keep out of reach of children
- If swallowed get medical help or consult a Poison Control Center right away
