Sensi-Care Body Wash and Shampoo (formerly Sensi-Soft Septi-Soft Concentrate) is a bathing solution enriched with natural coconut oil to soften, condition, and moisturize the skin. Designed for no-rinse bathing and shampooing.

Sensi-Care contains a natural soap to cleanse the skin and hair and reduce body odors. It leaves the skin and hair clean and fresh.

I use this everyday and does a great job.  It cleans well and does not have any scent. Buying it from Incontinence Products Plus saves a lot with free shipping. I will definitely buy again.
