I am very pleased with the prompted service I received when ordering this product off line.  The delivery was within a few days of ordering.
The web site was easy to maneuver through.
The product itself is very good quality for what it is - a LIGHT under pad.  We are using these pads under my 88 y.o. Aunt who is incontinent at night and using a personal protection pad also.  I would recommend these bed pads without hesitation.
