Mepore Self-Adhesive Absorbent Dressing is an air permeable, self adhesive dressing that is ideal for low to moderately exuding wounds. It combines gentle and secure fixation with excellent absorption properties and ease of use. It features an absorbent wound pad, low adherent wound contact layer, and flexible water repellent and air permeable backing. 

Mepore uses a skin friendly water based adhesive and a low adherent wound contact layer. The contact layer minimizes the risk of adherence to the wound. 

The soft, elastic non-woven fabric backing provides high breathability and flexible fluid repelling. Since it is air permeable it helps prevent maceration and provides better comfort. Rounded corners provide secure fixation.
